Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of shipping date. If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com with the reason for the return, and if you require a refund or exchange. Goods must be in their original condition and unworn. You should allow up to 14 days to process your return.
We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
Refunds - Sale Items
There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are only granted by a Red Frogs representative and are subject to stock availabilities.
